I've been coughing up Pleghm, and it doesn't look normal... I have had some back pain (although it feels like from the spine, not the lungs, don't know the difference! ) Can anyone who has experienced coughing up blood from the lungs let me know what it looks like? I can't Identify if it IS blood or not! If it were blood, would you be able to tell? Thanks for any help. When I was coughing up blood if I coughed into a kleenex there was literally spots of fresh looking blood on it and some red tinge to the phlegm. I also coughed up some small pieces of scabbed blood. This was after my surgery while it was healing. If the phlegm is yellow or green thats usually from an infection like bronchitis etc... It's a good idea to follow the accountable plan process to document employee reimbursements, so you can avoid problems in an audit. Here's how a reimbursement plan works: The employee pays for the expenses and you reimburse them. The expenses must be itemized and only specific expenses may be paid. The expenses must also be for a business purpose. The employee must have paid or incurred expenses while performing services as an employee of your company. You may need to document that the move is required by your business. There are also some accounting procedures that must be followed. The employee must "adequately account for these expenses within a reasonable period of time. " That is, the employee must give you receipts for all expenditures. If you are giving the employee an advance on these expenses, the employee must return any excess money within a reasonable period of time. For example, let's say you advance $5, 000 for moving expenses and the employee gives you receipts for $3, 650.
At first glance, there is a logic to this approach. That's why so many credit score posts you read suggest you do this. But this method is fraught with problems. What You Miss When You Order Only One Credit Report at a Time I'll answer this but first let me give you just a bit more background. I mentioned above that there are 3 major credit bureaus. The thing is, they don't each have all the same information. Believe it or not, creditors get to decide who they want to report to, if they report at all. What this means is that you could have a mistake reported on one credit report with one bureau that doesn't show up on another. And if you don't inspect all three reports at the same time, you may not know why your credit score is lower than it should be. And you won't have the opportunity to raise your numbers because you don't even know there is an error. That's why programs like the Experian Boost are great, but may be limiting if it doesn't catch all the reports from all the bureaus. Let me give you an example.

When you think of smartphones, you automatically think of… Apple. When you think of social networks you automatically think of… Facebook. And when you think of Internet of Things companies? According to our latest web-analytics ranking there is a head-to-head race going on between 5 companies: Intel, Microsoft, Cisco, Google, and IBM. Ranking the Internet of Things companies We measure which Internet of Things companies people search for on Google and talk about on Twitter, which firms make the newspaper and blog headlines, and how many IoT-focused employees these companies have. 1. Intel Intel's CEO Brian Krzanich has learned from the past: When smartphones entered the market, Intel didn't think the opportunity was worth capturing. By the time Intel realized how large the smartphone semiconductor market would be, others had grabbed the opportunity. With the Internet of Things promising some ~50 billion connected devices in the next 5 years, Brian Krzanich wants "Intel Inside". Therefore Intel is at the forefront of developing new generation low-power chips for connected IoT devices.
