The school is located in Cullowhee, NC that is a neighboring city to the slightly larger Sylva, NC but if you are used to big cities, it would not be the place for you. Western is the perfect school for people that come from small towns because you will feel like you are back home. At WCU professors and students are able to have great relationships because of the small class sizes. The campus is small and so there is no need for lots of walking.
